I. Product Introduction

DKJ-HS-C corrosion inhibitor belongs to an organic surface active agent which molecular structure has polar ends and nonpolar ends. The polar ends are absorbed onto metal’s surface, and the nonpolar ends form a protective film in a tidy arrangement, providing protection for the metal when it contacts with process materials. The DKJ-HS-C corrosion inhibitor is an improvement based on a formula of a conventional corrosion inhibitor or a composition method. In addition, the DKJ-HS-C corrosion inhibitor is composed of ingredients which can inhibit the corrosion of H2S and HCN, organic amine with multi-molecular functional groups and effective film-forming agent. The DKJ-HS-C corrosion inhibitor has the advantages of high corrosion inhibiting rate, small usage amount, good water solubility, innocuity, effectively preventing under-deposit corrosion and dew point corrosion and the like.

III. Directions for use

1. The DKJ-HS-C corrosion inhibitor is applied to low-temperature portion of refinery FCCU system, condensing system on top of fractionating tower and stripping tower and equipment anti-corrosion. 

2. As agent adding is divided into pre-filming stage and normal agent adding stage, recommended usage concentration is such that the agent adding amount is 120ppm in pre-filming stage, period being 7 to 15 days; and the normal agent adding amount is 30 to 50ppm.

3. Usage is not affected if there is crystal produced which also added for dilution.

IV. Package and Storage

1. The product is packaged by 200L barrel, net weight of each barrel being 200kg.

2. The product needs to be prevented from the sun, fire, dampness and collision in storage and transportation, and needs to be stored in a clean, cool and dry warehouse.

3. Quality guarantee period at normal temperature is one year.
